LimogesThe lot at the corner of Limoges and Mabel roads – currently home to The Nation Municipality’s Public Works – has been offered for sale. The minimum starting price is $265,000 with offers “to be studied by the parish administration committee between Aug. 2-7.”

The St-Viateur parish in Village Limoges is selling the property including both the land and the building. The building was previously the Limoges Fire Station before it was transformed into a Public Works building.

Of note, the corner property is opposite the old St-Viateur school and outdoor sports rinks. The corner property also includes the Limoges Remembrance Day Monument, which would be moved to a new location by The Nation Municipality.

Village Limoges is a young, endearing community nestled at the doorstep of Canada’s national capital region. Straddling both The Nation Municipality and Russell Township, the village borders the great Larose Forest, one of Ontario’s largest forests. As part of both municipalities, the village sits in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell.
