LimogesThe Limoges Road paving project has continued north of the railway tracks. A new section was stripped and ready to be paved in late May 2017.

Limoges Road runs through the heart of Village Limoges, with the southern part crossing the 417 highway and heading towards Forest Park and the northen part heading to North Limoges, the City of Ottawa border, and Larose Forest. Limoges Road is shared by two municipalities: The Nation Municipality on the east side and Russell Township on the west side.

A large section of Limoges Road, which ran through the heart of the village, was paved in September 2016. The new section runs approximately 2.25km and includes the road in front of St-Viateur catholic school, which also serves as the Limoges Community Centre.

The paving project is the latest in a series of road improvements in the village. Nearly three years ago, a five-way intersection on Limoges Road was turned into a four-way intersection near Main Street. Since last year, there has been ongoing rehabilitation work on Limoges Road at the 417 Underpass.
