LimogesThe Nation Municipality has filled a series of dangerous potholes at the end of Limoges Road in the northern corner of Village Limoges. More than a dozen potholes and road cracks were filled and resurfaced in late July 2017.

These potholes were especially dangerous to cyclists, both in the daytime and darkened evening. Before the improvements, cyclists were forced to swerve inward to avoid the potholes.

The north section of Limoges Road connects the heart of the village with North Limoges and Larose Forest. The road section is just before Saumure Road where continuing Limoges Road becomes Indian Creek Road.

The Nation Municipality and Russell Township have recently resurfaced a number of roads in Village Limoges over the last two years. These local paving improvements include Limoges Road (south of the railway tracks was paved in 2016; north of the railway tracks was paved in 2017) and King Street. Other recent improvements include a new storm water management system in North Limoges and rehabilitation to the Highway 417 underpass since 2015.
